HOT-SHOT Reyd Daley completed a hat-trick to grab victory for New Inn after a classic encounter with Shoulder of Mutton.
The game was a credit to the league with Shoulder taking an early lead, but New Inn/Oaklee were back on level terms midway through the first half.
In the second half it was Shoulder who had slightly the better of the exchanges but although they were level for much of the game Daley completed his hat-trick to steal the points. Gary Whittaker scored both Shoulder's goals.
Bocking ran out easy 4-0 winners at Royal Oak. They could have scored more, but missed almost as many chances as they converted.
Skipton beat Silsden Athletic 4-2, but the game was much closer than the scoreline suggests.
St Annes Celtic put their experience to the test and gave a footballing lesson to the youthful Keighley United team. Celtic scored 12 while United managed just one consolation goal.
Cottingley played their first game of the season and went down 9-4 as lack of match fitness let them down.
Fixtures: Shoulder v Skipton; Midland v Royal oak. Jeff Hall Cup: Wilsden v St Annnes; Three Hroses v Silsden Athletic; Keighley United v New Inn, Cottingley v Bocking.
