Skipton make a couple of changes for this week's local derby at home to Ilkley.
Bob Birks, whose fitness wasn't risked last week, returns to the front row in place of Phil Crossman, whilst Adam Winthrop starts the game in the second row, with Andy Phillip dropping to the bench.
As the injury worries begin to clear up Chris Howarth comes onto the bench and is sure to be a big impact player in the latter stages of the game.
Ilkley, having won their first two league games, suffered a 38-19 reverse at Dinnington last week.
Despite a trio of league defeats, North Ribblesdale will feel that they have a good chance to open their account when they travel to play West Park Bramhope tomorrow.
The Leeds side have struggled to adjust to life in Yorkshire One following relegation and although they won at Beverley a couple of weeks ago, last Saturday saw them crash 54-3 at Yarnbury.
Ribblesdale hope to welcome back forwards Mick Carr and Russell Howarth, with John Hughes taking over on the wing from Simon Spensley, who suffered a knee ligament injury against Sheffield Tigers.
