Pupils at All Saints' School in Ilkley dressed as King Henry VIII and his wives as part of a Tudor workshop on the monarch's marital mishaps.
The youngsters acted out the tale of the king and practised writing with quills. They also studied a display of original Tudor artefacts including lanterns and crockery put on display by the Vita Lampada company.
Pictured are Alex Winton, Emily Domingos, David Guest and Georgina Linney all aged eight taking a stroll with Mistress Hughs.
