Bradford Park Avenue face one of their toughest home games of the season when they host near neighbours Emley in the UniBond Premier at Horsfall Stadium.
While Avenue are in the bottom two of the division and were knocked out of the FA Cup at Marine on Saturday, Emley's confidence will be sky high. Last season's runners-up may only be mid-table after 13 games but their seemingly annual march in the FA Cup continued at the weekend.
They were 1-0 victors at home as they put out former Football League outfit Accrington Stanley. That has earned them a visit to Doncaster Rovers in the next round and a shot at the £20,000 prize money on offer in the fourth qualifying round.
Avenue can only sit and ponder what might have been as their conquerors also look forward to a clash with a Conference club. Marine were handed home advantage over near neighbours Southport.
"The FA Cup has gone now, we have to look forward," said assistant boss Ian Thompson. "We can start looking at pulling ourselves up the division and hopefully a good run in the FA Trophy.
"It was disappointing to go out on Saturday but the players will bounce back for this one. A big derby game at home, they won't need any motivating for Emley."
Keeper Craig Dootson returns after being ineligible for the Marine game but joint leading scorer Jason Maxwell is in a race against time with an ankle injury.
Farsley Celtic's FA Cup campaign is still on the road but only just after they were held to a 2-2 draw at home by Northern Counties East Premier Division outfit Brigg Town on Saturday.
Tonight they travel to the Lincolnshire club's The Hawthorns for the replay - knowing the winners face a visit to Boston United who are currently second in the Conference League.
"The draw for the next round will give Brigg an added incentive, Boston is like a local derby for them, so we will have to dig deep to get a result tonight," said Celtic manager Martin Haresign.
"We can't even think about the possibilities of the next round yet, we have to focus on this game. We are away from home against a very good side so anything else would be a bonus.
"We will stick with the same squad but there will definitely be changes to the starting line-up. It is not that anyone did that badly in the first game, more that we want to keep it fresh and cause them different problems."
Celtic will be aware that their UniBond Division One counterparts Gretna were beaten at The Hawthorns in the last round during a midweek replay.
