Bradford-based office supplies giant ISA International is launching a major expansion drive on the back of record growth.
The distribution PLC, which employs 240 staff at it UK head office in Little Germany, is planning to recruit around 100 new staff locally in the next year.
ISA's British turnover leapt up by 21 per cent, to £111.4m, in the last financial year, with overall group sales (including continental Europe) hitting £297m.
Encouraged by the results, the company is now moving its distribution warehouse at Euroway Trading Estate to a much larger, purpose-built site in Wakefield.
But it has retained all its existing, 100-strong depot staff - by organising transport services from Bradford along with travel allowances.
Managing director of the company's UK direct sales, Andy Greening, said the move was crucial to allow the business to grow. And he added that most of the new jobs would be Bradford-based sales positions.
He said: "We're keen to tap into local talent, who may not have sales experience, but have the enthusiasm and drive to learn - it's a young-minded organisation and it's a great chance for new starters to join us."
A company spokesman added: "The new, 114,000 sq ft warehouse facility will enable us to increase the number of products we can send out and stock, and that means more jobs for the whole UK business, the majority of which is based in Bradford.
"We will need more people, especially in sales and accounts, but also in support services. This serious expansion comes after enjoying exceptionally good growth, especially in the UK."
ISA, Europe's largest specialist office supplier, has already run an open day for local schools and colleges to attract talent from the district. The firm has seven other UK offices, operations in six other countries and a distribution network across Europe.
