Youngsters at Cowling Primary School discovered Victorian values this week as they travelled back in time for a living history lesson.
Pupils and teachers from the school donned Victorian costumes for a visit to Bradford Industrial Museum.
There they discovered how what classrooms were like for children living under the reign of Queen Victoria.
Head teacher Kath Pick says: "Since the start of this term the children have been learning about changes in our community from the beginning to the end of the Victorian era.
"At the museum they were able to see and experience what a Victorian school room was like and then imagine what our school would have been like 100 years ago.
"It was a really successful day and the pupils haven't stopped talking about it."
Students are also creating a stitch in time by creating a hanging with a genuine hand loom at the school.
They will receive help from Gill Cave, an occupational therapist at Airedale Hospital who has experience of using such looms.
Capturing the Victorian theme at Cowling Primary School are, from left, Emily Frinton, eight, Dominic Wilson, 10, Sam Booker, nine, teacher Simon Robson, Sophie Leach, 10, Garth Edward Sellers, seven, and Emma Worsley, eight
