A free map highlighting places of interest and activities in Cleckheaton and Spen has been launched.
Around 10,000 pocket guides, put together by Spenborough Chamber of Trade, have been printed and are available from shops, businesses and information points in the area.
The double-sided map shows an artistic drawing of Cleckheaton town centre with smaller hand-drawn pictures of the many shops around the edge. The opposite side features places of interest within the Spen valley, such as libraries, churches and sports centres, alongside well-known attractions including Oakwell Hall, the Red House Museum and the Aakash Indian restaurant.
"This is a pocket guide you can keep in your coat, or can keep to hand at home," said Spenborough Chamber of Trade president Keith Joplin.
Kirklees Council donated £500 to the making of the maps and traders also contributed.
