Thousands of jubilant Bulls fans are expected to line the victory route from Odsal Stadium to the city centre for the team's Grand Final parade this Sunday.
Club chairman Chris Caisley said he hoped the whole city would turn out for the parade and civic reception in Bradford's Centenary Square after his team cruised to victory against Wigan Warriors 37-6 at Old Trafford less than a week ago.
The victorious players will set off on their road to glory in an open-top double-decker bus at 2pm from the stadium's car park.
They will follow a route familiar to many Bulls fans, thanks to the club's recent successes, down Manchester Road to the Jacob's Well roundabout before making their way into Centenary Square at around 2.20pm.
There Brian Noble's men will meet their legion of supporters before joining Bradford Lord Mayor Councillor Ghazanfer Khaliq and a host of dignitaries for a champagne civic reception.
Simon Collinson, the Bull's acting media manager, said coach Noble and the players and everyone involved with the club were looking forward to the day so many fans have waited for.
"This really will be a celebration of months and months of hard work by everyone at the club," he said.
"From the players and the coach all the way through the backroom staff and the directors, everyone has wanted this day to come when we finally achieved a Super League Grand Final victory.
"The Challenge Cup victory against Leeds last year was the first time we've won it in 51 years, so that was pretty special.
"And the Bulls were Super League champions in 1997. But people are saying there's no choosing over the wins, they've all got their own merits. It's just great to be Grand Final champions."
Bulls sensational win at Manchester capped a run of five appearances in the Grand Final, each time finishing runner-up. And previous to topping the Super League in 1997, the last time the club won the league was as the old Bradford Northern in the 1980-81 season.
