Bradford councillors had their usual knife and fork tea during yesterday's meeting - with mincemeat pies, beans and chips. It was not until they returned to the council chamber that they were told by Coun.Stanley Arthur, chairman of the Educational Services Committee, that their meat had really been texturised vegetable protein, TVP for short. "You have all tried it and I am sure you have no complaints", he said.
