A pearly king and queen have helped launch a new daily service to London from Leeds Bradford International Airport.
The 38 new flights a week have been put on by BA's subsidiary CitiExpress after strong demand from businesses in the region.
Due to start on Sunday the 29-seater service will fly passengers between Yeadon and London Gatwick's North terminal three times a day during the week, and twice daily at weekends.
Airport managing director Ed Anderson said: "There is a great demand within our catchment area for a London Gatwick service, from both business and leisure travellers.
"We are delighted British Airways are able to offer this route from Leeds Bradford, giving our passengers even more choice when making their travel arrangements."
Return fares start from £100. For details call (0113) 250 9696.
