Keighley postmen put up a brave fight before going down 3-2 to Morley after extra time in the 'Posties' FA Cup'. The Leeds side went 2-0 up before Jason Turner pulled a goal back and Dave Cole equalised, forcing the match into extra time.
They hit the woodwork with Martin Dobson, Nigel Smith and Richard Langhorn all going close, but they could not hit the back of the net and Morley snatched a late winner.
"It was a superb afternoon and we are now going to arrange a number of friendly games," said organiser Ian 'Macca' McLeod.
The team was, back (from left): Martin Dobson, Brian Smith, Macca McLeod, Mick Duffy, Ray Waddington, Gareth Peace, Stuart Nicholson.
Front: Dave Chavonick, Richard Langhorn, Dave Cole, Jason Turner, Mark Cope, Martin Lopez, Simon Oxley.
