With East Bowling Unity's lead already looking out of reach in the Premier Division, the main interest in Sunday's fixtures was the clash between second and third-placed Bolton Woods and Queensbury at Canal Road.

After visitors Queensbury struck the first blow, Ian O'Grady, who has hit a purple patch, levelled for Woods. And the late hero was young substitute Andy Harland who stole in for the winner.

Making the best of heavy conditions in Bowling Park, Fairweather Green leapfrogged Queensbury into third place with a comeback 2-1 win over Crown.

After their cup exit the previous week to a lower-division team, Stanley Road returned as 2-1 winners at struggling Craven Heifer with Aaron Archer and Jason Davies on goal duty.

Mark Westerman hit a 25-yard cracker to put Calverley into a shock lead at East Bowling Unity.

Playing without their usual fluidity, Bowling levelled through Gary Shaw and after Calverley missed the chance of the game, Shaw scored from 25 yards to put Unity in front. Then debutant Richard Dyson, a new signing from Craven, headed Unity's third goal.

Albion Sports won their FA Sunday Cup game on Sunday 4-1 win at Wrose Bull. Midfielder Paul Forrest scored twice.

Bradford Moor beat their old rivals Oakenshaw 5-3. Moor's Roland Egege in a run from the halfway line hit the goal of the game and midfielder Phil License barged in for two goals. Oakenshaw were 3-0 down at one stage but recovered well despite hitting the woodwork six times.

Queens Athletic maintained their promotion challenge with a 5-2 win over West Bowling in Division One.

Link man Carl Trenery was the difference between the sides and Queens' newcomer Stuart Waite, normally a defender, shone in a forward role.

Mark Betts got his second successive hat-trick in Wibsey WMC's 3-1 win at Priory.

East Ward capitalised on a 3-0 lead to beat Westwood 4-2 at home.

Eccleshill Eagles again failed to raise a side, this time against Dudley Hill.

St Pat's lost 5-2 to the Hare and Hounds despite player-manager Andy Hindle coming on to score.

Mid-table Shoulder of Mutton gave Division 1A leaders Holme Wood Athletic one of their hardest games. Holme Wood made it seven wins out of seven by coming back from 2-1 to win 4-2.

In a match of many chances, Quarry and old rivals Woodlands shared six goals. Mark Booth equalised to give Woodlands their second point of the season.

In a game with four penalties, Monkey could only convert one out of three to lose 4-2 in their derby game with Bank Top.

After three draws, Wibsey WMC Reserves earned their first win in Division 1B with a 7-2 win over visitors Royal Clayton who had swept into a 2-0 20-minute lead. Martin Pullan and Dave O'Hara levelled matters before Pullan inspired a five-goal second half by completing a hat-trick.

Chellow knocked Station off the top of the division by beating them 3-2.

Chellow's unbeaten start looked in jeopardy when Station were 2-1 in front in the game's last quarter. Lee Mullaney grabbed an equaliser and in the dying moments further pressure told when midfielder Dave Greig snatched a dramatic winner.

Wyke Wanderers and Albion Sports Reserves both climbed into mid-table positions. Andy Beckwith hit four in Wyke's 5-1 win at Dudley Hill Rangers while Albion beat Queensbury 2-1.
