A Bingley DJ is hoping to hit the bull's eye with his new record which features the voice of television legend Tony Green.
DJ James Sammon, who stormed the charts in 1996 as Pianoman, has recorded a new song which he hopes will be next year's anthem.
It features the vocals of darts commentator Tony Green, who provided the voice on the legendary Sunday afternoon show Bullseye, which ran for 14 years.
James said: "A lad in the studio started using the theme from Bullseye and the words and it sounded brilliant.
"I thought: 'I'll get Tony Green to do that'."
After weeks of intense e-mailing through the company which sponsors the darts championship, James managed to track Tony down.
"I asked him to do the record and he said 'yes'. And then I went to his house in London and did the recording. Now I am just doing re-mixes.
"It is too early to release it because all the songs are out for Christmas but I'm hoping to put the six best on a CD to tout to record companies."
Tony said: "I was in Bradford the other week at the East Ward Labour Club, it was a good gig. The catchphrases are legendary, people come up to me and ask me to say: "in one!"."
