The Lord Mayor of Bradford launched a new multi-cultural magazine for young people in the city.
The magazine, called the Youth of Today gives youngsters the chance to speak out about their needs and issues affecting their lives.
The 16-page glossy magazine is the brainchild of The Peacemakers, the Bradford-based voluntary organisation which provides multi-cultural services for youths and a one-stop conflict-resolution service for the city's black community.
The publication has been funded by the Neighbourhood Support Fund and the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, an educational trust which addresses issues of inequality and disadvantage, particularly among young people.
It was officially launched by the Lord Mayor, Councillor Ghazanfer Khaliq.Pictured are Peacemakers, back, from left, Salique Ahmed and Chandan Miah, and, front, Mab Shah, Shithu Ali and Gulfam Hussain with their new magazine.
