Haworth singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Tim Moon takes a bite out of the apple next month in Bradford. The performer will team up with jazz duo Tongue and Groove for a concert at the city's Love Apple Caf.
The duo is made up of keyboard player Dave Nelson and Tim's Moon de Lune partner Peader Long on saxophones, whistles and flute. The "night to remember" on December 19 follows an unusual appearance by Tim in Bradford this month.
He will take to the stage at City Hall during an educational awards ceremony to provide musical and vocal backing for a teenage singer. The song, Fly Away, was written by Tim and Silsden folk singer Jim Woodland as part of a summer youth project.
Keighley audiences will this month be able to see Tim - who plays dozens of instruments - as he performs in the town centre to raise cash for BBC Children in Need.
Band nights organised by Keighley-based entrepreneur Michael Thompson are set to move across town from from the Victor Wardman to the Royal.

This time there will be no coach for fans, following the last Colne gig when about 50 punters and the band were left behind.
There's no mystery about the identity of a band playing the Royal pub in Damside, Keighley, on November 22. It's Colonel Mustard, and its members include former Whipping Post guitarist Theo Speller.
Four years ago Theo teamed up with former musicians from Excalibur, Premiere and Elmer Fudd's Wild Ride. The outfit will be performing rock and pop covers by the likes of Bryan Adams, Coldplay, Travis, Santana and Robbie Williams.
