Today we publish the first picture of tragic mum Teresa Innes who is lying in a coma wired up to machines that help her cling to life.
Her family took the photograph of Teresa in her bed at Bradford Royal Infirmary because they wanted the world to see the devastation caused by what appears to have been an horrific hospital blunder.
Today friends of the mother-of-one said they believed it would have been better for her if she had died rather than face a lifetime in limbo after she is believed to have suffered a massive allergic reaction to a drip containing penicillin.
But they will not give up hope and her aunt Sheila Innes vowed to make every effort to bring her back from the brink.
"We want her treated as long as there is a breath in her body," she said.
The 36-year-old is thought to have suffered the massive reaction when she went into hospital for a minor operation and was mistakenly put on the drip.
