Andy Holden blasted Silsden into third round of the West Riding FA Cup with a sparkling hat-trick against the Friendly Inn.
The Cobbydalers held a slender 1-0 half time lead, but the floodgates opened after the break with Holden completing his treble while Jimmy Hedges scored twice and Paul Schofield added the final nail in Friendly's coffin.
Cross Hills also went through, but they found it tougher going against Wibsey. Steve Fenton scored both the South Craven side's goals as they secured a 2-1 victory.
Keighley Shamrocks put in an impressive performance and almost pulled off a stunning victory over last year's county cup champions.
After going behind to a single first half goal Shammies hit back to take a 2-1 lead with Howard Wellwood scoring both goals.
The home side hit back to equalise and scraped a winner with minutes to go as Gilbertson completed his hat-trick.
n Steeton raced out 12-1 winners over Agnes Stewart OB in the Challenge Trophy with the team queuing up to score. Goals came from J Gill (4), I Craven (3), A Smith (2), S Barker, A Familio and M Jarvis.
Silsden Reserves also booked their place in the next round with a 2-1 extra time victory over Barclays.
There was no score in the first half and the teams swapped goals in the second period to leave the gamed tied after 90 minutes. Martin Whittaker scored the winner after Adam Hook had scored earlier.
Keighley Phoenix Reserves were beaten 5-0 by Knaresborough Reserves.
n Keighley Athletic played Spring Garden of Halifax in the County Sunday FA Cup at Marley. Centre half Dave Ellis scored an amazing first half hat-trick in blustery conditions as the team went 6-1 up at half time.
They played into the wind in the second half and secured a 7-4 victory.
Athletic's other scorers were Alex Familio (2), Colin Buckley and Mick Goodwin.
n Shamrocks Reserves let a 4-1 lead slip away as they crashed to a 5-4 defeat at the hands of Wibsey.
The visitors got the winner with less than five minutes to go after clawing their way back into the game. R Hook, A Dykes, S Duffy and A Cope got the Shamrocks goals and despite losing it will have taught the young team a harsh lesson.
Ryan Hook starred in attack and S Wilkinson had a fine game in defence.
