Young table-tennis star Rebecca Singh has been chosen to take part in a series of training camps for England.
Rebecca, 11, who plays with the City Junior Development Scheme and Oakbank Table Tennis Club, will travel to the English Table Tennis Association Academy in Nottingham for the three weekend sessions for Under-12s.
Rebecca is ranked among the top ten players in England in her age group.
She is the only Yorkshire player to be selected for the England training squad of 24 youngsters.
Rebecca joined the City Development Scheme aged nine and made rapid progress.
Known for her high work rate and top-spin play, she rose from beginner level to the England training squad in two years, winning the City Stars of Tomorrow championships along the way.
