Bradford schoolchildren are working on a dance and drama performance as part of an exhibition aimed at building cross-community understanding and tolerance.
Youngsters from schools across the district are undertaking the production with Sitakumari, director of the cross-cultural educational group Heartstone, pictured, as part of the week-long Descendants of All Worlds exhibition being run at Saltaire's Victoria Hall.
Heartstone is a UK-based, non-profit making voluntary organisation which uses social and environmental documentary to raise awareness of 'global citizenship'.
The group aims to challenge racism and promote cultural diversity among children.
Among other events is a discussion on the coral reefs of the world and a presentation by The Queen's Dragoon Guards of the peace-keeping skills required by the United Nations and its military representatives.
The conference ends tomorrow.
