Oakworth Under-14s reached the last eight of the West Riding FA County Cup competition.
They beat Bolton woods 6-3 thanks to goals from J Gallagher (3), N Trowers, T Wallbank and N McNally.
Long Lee Under-11s drew 1-1 with Colne.
The Keighley side took an early lead through Sam Rooke against a strong East Lancashire side and played some fine passing football on a difficult pitch. Despite some over zealous refereeing they had chances to increase their advantage, but colne pulled a goal back just before the break.
Fine saves from Chris Redman and strong defending from man of the match Patrick King kept honours even in the second period.
n Burnley Football Club are planning to appoint a Regional Soccer Skills manager with special responsibility for the Keighley area.
"There has always been a tremendous following for The Clarets from the Keighley district, but even so we were astonished by the response to our promotion for the Grimsby game last year.
"We are now drawing up plans to have a soccer skills manager working in the area and hope to work alongside junior soccer clubs," said a Burnley FC spokesman.
