Gallopers became only the fourth team to beat First Division leaders Cross Keys 5-3 after a thrilling fightback in the Grattan league.
Gallopers had led 1-0 at the break after a half where both sides missed chances.
And despite the Keys pulling back to 3-2 the Gallopers scored another three before their opponents missed a penalty with ten minutes left.
Barry Morley led a strong Gallopers defence, Luke Wilcock scored a hat trick and Pete Gallagher and Anthony Jackson got one each in the 5-3 result. Clem Hanse, Dave Theoabold and Keiron Slone replied for Keys.
Station Athletic beat the league's second-placed team The Priory in a home win.
It looked all over when a rash challenge by Station's Carl Firth in the area saw him sent off and the resulting penalty converted to put Priory 3-1 ahead.
But the ten men dug deep with Danny Firth scoring twice and Tommy Carr, Danny Burrows and Cameron Kerin all getting one to end the game 5-4.
One In Twelve won at home 3-2 to basement side Sycamores. Sycamores took the lead after some sloppy defending.
Two goals from Richard Richie kept One In Twelve in the game at half time when the score was 2-2. The winner was scored from the penalty spot by Craig Williams. Geoff Knipe and Lee Moorhouse scored for Sycamores.
In the Premier Division second-from-bottom Tyersal produced a shock result to beat third-placed TFD Centre.
TFD took the lead through Carl Dunnachie but Tyersal fought back and ran out 4-1 winners.
Leaders U Save DIY ran out easy winners over basement side Mailcoach and were four up by half time.
Mailcoach saw the U Save keeper save a penalty from Andy Blackhall before U Save sealed the game with two more goals. Andrew Stebbing scored twice and Paul Worbley, Justin Simmons and Craig Stead all netted once to end it 6-0.
Royal Clayton continued their good run with a fine win over Gardeners Arms, who have struggled in recent weeks.
Gary Smith opened the scoring with a shot into the top corner for Clayton and they soon doubled their score when a cross from the wing was parried out by the keeper and Gary Boldy was on hand to follow up.
A highlight of the first half was an overhead kick by Mark Aveyard.
In the second half Billy Davidson pulled two back but the goals were only consolations in his team's 6-2 loss.
