Bees coach Matt Greenwood can think of three good reasons why his side should beat Wigton tomorrow in a battle of the bottom two at Wagon Lane.
"Firstly we need to win the game to improve our chances of staying up," said the former Wasps stalwart.
"Secondly we need to play with confidence, and thirdly we need to win the game convincingly to boost our points difference."
Basement club Wigton have lost all ten of their matches so far in North Division One - in fact they haven't even turned up for two of their fixtures.
And Greenwood appreciates the importance of the contest. "It is a must-win game," added the former England tourist.
"Wigton are at the foot of the table, and they are going to struggle to avoid relegation.
"If we don't beat them tomorrow then we have lost two points on everybody else."
Greenwood will be hoping the Bees' discipline will be better than it was during their 20-13 defeat at Macclesfield last Sat-urday.
"We lost that match rather than them winning it," admitted the Bees coach.
"And we must show more discipline. We are giving away far too many penalties in our won half, and must be more proactive towards the referee."
The Bees, who have named a squad of 18, have been boosted by the loaning of hooker Rob Rawlinson from Leeds Tykes.
"He has been a first-team squad member there this season, and we can use him over the next two or three weeks."
The presence of Rawlinson is even more important considering that Peter Scott has returned to New Zealand and Alex Bowden suffered a knee injury that is so severe that he may have to have a reconstruction.
Otley, who are at home to Bir-mingham-Solihull in National League One, are without centre Phil Greaves (hamstring).
Jonathan Davis, who replaced him in the first half at manchester, retains his place, and Ronnie Kelly starts at prop on the rotation basis.
Wharfedale, at home for the first time in four matches, need victory over relegation-threatened Preston Grasshoppers, to give themselves a cushion of six points from danger.
Sam Allen, who played well as a replacement last week, starts at No 8, Paul Evans switching to flanker and relegating Ryan Kirkbride to the bench.
Dan Harrison, unable to challenge for a place earlier this season due to teaching commitments, replaces Graham Smith at scrum half after some fine performances for the Foresters. Winger George Smithson is fit again and displaces Craig Eccleston.
