A LANDLORD of a Burley-in-Wharfedale pub has been suspended following complaints from a customer.
The complaint followed alleged recent incident at the Generous Pioneer pub in Burley-in-Wharfedale.
A spokesperson for Tom Cobleigh Limited, which own the pub, said: "An investigation is underway following a complaint by a customer at the Generous Pioneer.
"The company's disciplinary procedure is in progress and it would, therefore, be improper for the company to comment further at this stage.
"A copy of the company's disciplinary procedure is available upon request to any complainant."
l The Generous Pioneer pub has been in trouble recently over the use of bright, colourful lights, which were found to have broken conditions in the planning permission granted to the pub.
The owners have been served with a breach of condition notice and will have 28 days to comply.
