Bradford Bulls skipper Robbie Paul reckons the Three Musketeers philosophy is one of the reasons why the club have been so successful.
The 'All For One and One For All' mantra is preached from the top of the club to the bottom at Odsal.
Paul, pictured, who will be fit to take his place against London Broncos on Sunday after being injured at Wakefield Trinity Wildcats on Easter Monday, said: "Having such a strong squad is both good and bad.
"It is bad for the coach because he has to tell three or four players each week that they are not playing.
"But it is good because everybody is pulling in the same direction, and everyone who comes into the squad is as capable as those who have been left out.
"However, every player has been left out at some stage - and that goes from the most senior players in the squad right down to the under-19s who are coming through.
"And if you can't deal with that, then you don't last very long at Bradford Bulls."
Paul suffered a back injury in the opening minute at Belle Vue.
He explained: "I caught the ball from the kick-off and turned my back, and I was hit on the same spot I had injured at Widnes.
"I needed a cortisone jab to play against Hull, and I have had a chiropractor and a doctor helping me this week.
"The impact just knocked a rib slightly out, and the chiropractor manipulated it back into place, so I will be fine to face London."
