The Keighley Junior Table Tennis Team won the North West Division Two of the National Junior League with four resounding wins in the fourth and final round of matches at Lytham St. Annes.
The combined Lancaster and Morecambe team topped the table after Round Three, but were pushed into third spot with defeats against Champions Keighley and Formby, who were runners up.
Richard Foster and Sam Atkinson from the Addingham St Peter's team were joined by George Fletcher from Bingley's Embassy and Chris Dunn from Ilkley Road Methodists in Riddlesden.
Linked with success for Rorie Roberts from Gargrave in the Yorkshire Championships Under 12's at Scarborough the work with youth players in the area augers well for the future.
RESULTS
Keighley 4, Formby 2; Keighley 5, Preston 'A' 1; Keighley 5, Lancaster & Morecambe 1; Keighley 5, Blackpool 1.
