Detectives believe a Bradford 'Bonnie and Clyde' may have resumed their criminal career following a handbag snatch in Girlington.
The mystery duo is wanted in connection with more than ten night-time robberies on lone women.
It is thought they have been lying low since CCTV pictures of the woman, printed in the Telegraph & Argus, sparked a flood of calls to CID officers.
But detectives think they may now be up to their old tricks after a woman's handbag was snatched outside Morrisons Supermarket on Thornton Road in Girlington last Saturday at around 6.30pm.
The couple work in tandem. She uses stolen credit cards from handbags which he grabs in supermarket car parks as he drives slowly past his female victim.
His female accomplice has been caught on CCTV camera nine times returning to the same shop in Lidget Green to fraudulently obtain goods.
Detective Constable Colin Waddington, of Pudsey CID, said: "This latest attack looks very similar to the previous offences. We are convinced the same people are involved because the style is so unusual. These are terrifying and nasty incidents."
In the latest robbery, the victim's bag, containing bank cards, a ladies chrome Omega De Ville model watch, and jeweller, was snatched as she loaded shopping into her car.
The man, driving what is thought to be a red Volvo, drove off along Ingleby Road.
Other attacks have occurred outside the Owlcotes Centre in Pudsey, the Co-op in Lidget Green and in Huddersfield and Halifax.
Det Con Waddington said: "We are advising women not to leave their handbags on display. We would also suggest that people do not resist them - it is not worth it."
The female thief, pictured, is believed to be between 18 and 25, about 5ft 6ins, plump, with long blonde hair often tied in a ponytail.
Her accomplice is thought to be an Asian man with a large nose who sometimes wears a baseball cap.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Det Con Waddington on 0113 241 485 or PC Richard Lowe at Lawcroft House Police Station on (01274) 376059.
