The London Festival Ballet, directed by Anton Dolin, is to appear for a week at the Gaumont Theatre (New Victoria) Bradford. The general manager of the theatre, Mr G. W. Ridler, said today that it could quite easily become the forerunner of many British and American stage successes. It is the first time since the theatre was built 27 years ago that an entirely live show has been presented for a week.
