The New Bridge Garage Senior Cup final will be between Silsden and Boltmakers Arms.
Silsden needed extra time to see off the challenge from Wrose Albion, who took the early lead through a Mark Everett goal.
They remained on top for 70 minutes but Silsden hit back and took the game into extra time. Then they stepped up a gear, adding four more goals to outgun Wrose 5-1.
Boltmakers Arms clinched their place in the final when they won 4-0 against Baildon New Inn.
Boltmakers were two goals to the good by half-time and although after the interval Baildon hit back, they failed to convert chances into goals.
Late in the game John Kilbey added two more goals to complete his four-goal tally for the side.
In the Premier Division, Angel did an excellent job in restricting New Inn Windhilll to just five goals in bad conditions on a difficult hard pitch.
Windhill held a 2-0 lead at half time and added further goals in the second half for a 5-2 winning margin.
Matthew Atkinson led the way with two, Richard Scanlon, Stuart Brook and Emad Zeitioun adding the others for New Inn who move up to fourth place. Gavin Toner and Nick Davidson replied.
Regent Victoria were three down by half time in a game of two halves against Sandy Lane. In the second half Victoria were on top and Chris Wray scored the only goal of the half. Victoria hit the woodwork and had chances to pull the game around but could not find that killer touch.
Leaders Keighley Juniors went to basement side Old House At Home and overran them but a lot of credit must go to Old House At Home for continuing with the way results have gone this season.
They let in another 17 without reply. Howard Wellwood and Robert Pearson led the way with five each, Colin Horsefield helped himself to a hat-trick, Martin Bland got two and Anthony Cope and Ian O'Driscoll both netted one each to end the rout.
