A cavalcade of cyclists descends the steep incline near the Dog & Gun public house in Oxenhope to mark the second running of the Nick Denby Memorial race last Sunday.
There were 66 competitors for the race, run over 36 miles with six laps of the Dog & Gun to remember the top Bronte club member who died at the age of 35 from cancer.
And it produced an exciting finish when Leeds Mercury rider Matthew Walkley made a break from the pack some 200 yards from the finish and managed to hold on as the pursuing riders battled to get back at him.
Second place went to Richard Dean (Race Scene), with Richard Binks (Huddersfield Road Club) in third.
Top local rider was Tim Gill (Team Marie Curie) from Sutton-in-Craven, who took tenth place overall. He received his trophy from Nick's brother Matt.
