More than 60 jobs are set to be saved at a Keighley company after receivers lined up a buyer.
The future of commercial flooring company High Quality Contracts, which employs 66 staff, was thrown into doubt after its Scottish parent company Richards called in receivers last month.
But receivers have named Derby-shire firm Claremont Fabrics as the preferred bidder for the business, which supplies commercial flooring products and services.
Blair Nimmo and Neil Armour, of KPMG Corporate Recovery, joint receivers of Richards, the Aberdeen-based manufacturer and distributor of textiles, also named a management team led by managing director Norman Gray as the preferred bidder for the group's Spence Bryson fancy goods business in Portadown.
