Bradford-based Castles Shopfitters is set to create 50 new jobs.
The firm, which has seen massive growth, has invested £1.3 million in new premises on the outskirts of the city.
It is due to move from its current 30,000 square foot Wigan Street location by the end of the month.
Castles, which has a turnover of £13 million, currently employs 105 members staff.
The firm says it expects turnover for the coming year to hit the £20 million mark. David Henry, managing director of Castles, said: "In order for us to achieve our plans for the future and to continue to meet the demands of our client base it was essential we relocate to larger premises.
"We have basically outgrown Wigan Street and as a Bradford-based company we needed to find a suitable location within the city."
The new site on Bowland Street, which is 70,000 square feet, will allow the firm to take on the extra staff and house an extra £200,000 worth of machinery.
The site, which used to house the old Polar Garage, also has a purpose built joiners shop.
Castles says it expects to increase turnover by 25 to 40 per cent year on year over the next three years.
Mr Henry added: "The future of castles is extremely bright with all our clients lookng at big development programmes for the coming years.
"It was essential we relocated to accommodate the new personnel required to handle the increased workload.
"With an extra 40,000 square feet we can also be confident that we can meet the bespoke joinery manufacturing projects that will inevitably come with the increased workload."
