Keighley pensioner Mary Butterfield will celebrate her 100th birthday on Sunday surrounded by her family.
Mary, who lives at Woodville, Spring Gardens, will be whisked off to the Grouse Inn in Oakworth where a big celebration is planned.
Relations spanning four generations are descending on Keighley from all corners of the world, even as far afield as Greece and Australia, to wish the pensioner a Happy 100th.
Born in Darlington in 1902, Mary grew up in Keighley where she met and married her husband Jack.
She ran her own bakery on Oakworth Road and the pair lived at Laycock, where they brought up their three children Fred, Jimmy and Irene.
Mary, who is looking forward to receiving her telegram from the Queen, said of her forthcoming party: "I'm looking forward to it very much. I will be seeing lots of friends."
