Jag Gunputh has completed his first London Marathon.
He hopes his effort will raise about £1,500 through sponsorship for the National Heart Research Fund.
Jag finished the gruelling course in six hours 32 minutes.
Helen Grimditch, fundraising manager for the charity, said: "I'd like to thank Jag for all his fundraising work and training.
"He made a fantastic effort and the money he has raised will be used to fund vital research into heart disease."
Fundraiser Mike Garnett added: "Last year our team raised over £57,000 and by our current projections we hope that this year will be just as successful."
The National Heart Research Fund is dedicated to raising vital funds for research into the prevention, treatment and cure of heart disease.
The charity is currently funding £1.4 million of research projects throughout the UK, including work at the Yorkshire Heart Centre within Leeds General Infirmary and the University of Bradford.
