Frank Zappa fans should make a beeline to Burnley Mechanics next Thursday to see the Muffin Men.

The band has established itself as one of the worlds leading Zappa tribute bands over the past ten years.

They have played around 400 shows during more than 25 European tours, and played the Glastonbury festival in 2000.

The Muffins' repertoire ranges from boogie rock and classical to vamp and doo-wop.

The Muffin Men are joined on stage by Jimmy Carl Black, the original drummer with Zappa band Mothers of Invention.

Tickets for the 8pm show cost £6 from Keighley Information Centre or by phoning 01282 664400.
