THE Cougar Under-19 Academy Squad has started preparing for their season which starts with a tough home encounter on May 11.
Their first game is against Leigh Centurians and KISA, the Keighley Independent Supporters Association, has pledged to support the youth team.
"The problems between KISA and the club are now firmly in the past and we are delighted they are backing the Academy team," said coach Jeremy Crowther.
He added: "Many of the players will be a year young for the competition so it will be a tough first season, but we have some very talented young players and I'm sure they will flourish, particularly in their second season together."
