Bradford's small and medium enterprises are more optimistic about the economy says a report.
The findings from market information company Taylor Nelson Sofres show business leaders are happier than four months ago.
The results reveal one in eight small businesses believe there will not be a recession in the next 12 months.
In October last year the figure stood at one in 16.
Julie Cooper, senior research executive for TNS, said: "Whilst SMEs are now feeling less concerned about the prospects for the British economy, there is still an element of caution in their forecasts."
