The old disused public library in Main Street, Bingley, should be preserved, Bingley Civic Trust decided at the annual meeting last night when it was agreed to set up a working party with a brief to explore ways and means of securing the Trust's aims. They were advised by their guest speaker, solicitor Mr. Roger Suddards, that it was highly unlikely the disused building would ever be considered as a building of historical or Architectural significance.
