TV weatherman Paul Hudson waxed lyrical about Breast Cancer Research on Saturday.
Paul, the BBC Look North weatherman, had his chest waxed to raise money for the charity at the official opening of beauty salon The Beauty Rooms, in Low Street, Keighley.
Co-owner of The Beauty Rooms Claire Scott said: "He was such a good sport.
"We're still in the process of adding up how much was raised, but Abbey National have kindly said they will match the amount, so it should be a good total."
Claire and business partner Samantha Wolfenden have together refurbished the studio.
Claire added: "We wanted to have our launch and raise some money for charity too.
"And because some of our clients have had breast cancer in the past we thought this would be appropriate."
Clients were also invited to the salon's launch and have a glass of wine with the four-strong team.
Claire said: "We offer a full range of services here, including hydro-derma facials, St Tropez tanning, Ginot skincare and spa treatments."
The Beauty Rooms can be contacted on 602206.
