Oscar nominated actor Pete Postlethwaite, above, star of movies including The Usual Suspects, Brassed Off and In The Name Of The Father, will be appearing at West Yorkshire Playhouse in the poignant play Scaramouche Jones.
He plays Scaramouche the Clown who steps out of the circus ring on millennium eve and gives his final performance, peeling away his outer masks and reflecting on his life.
The play runs from May 14 to June 1.
Alan Bennett's The Lady In The Van - an account of his odd 15-year relationship with an eccentric old lady who takes up residence in a battered van at the bottom of his garden - runs at the Playhouse from May 11 to June 15.
Tara Arts will be performing all three parts to the epic trilogy Journey To The West tomorrow.
