Bradford based Atlantic Global has signed a deal worth £200,000 a year.
Norwich Union has signed a contract with the firm to use its Adeo management software to allow it to streamline its business processes.
The contract covers licenses, consultancy, support services and on-going project development.
The software deal includes a three year maintenance licence with the firm.
Eugene Blaine, managing director of Atlantic Global, said: "We're delighted that Norwich Union has awarded this contract to us.
"I'm confident that over the next three years, Norwich Union will see significant benefits through the use of this innovative software."
David Rhodes, of Norwich Union, added: "By using Adeo we expect to further improve our efficiency through improved planning scheduling and tracking of resource across our diverse and complex portfolio of programmes."
The Adeo software allows management of time and expenses, projects and resources and contacts and issues.
