Undercliffe will be looking to recover from two narrow defeats last weekend when they take on East Bierley tomorrow.
The players hope to wipe out the memory of a last- over loss to Pudsey St Lawrence and a tight cup exit to Baildon when Bierley visit Intake Road.
With just six points separating five teams from third to seventh, every game is vital as teams jostle for position waiting for runaway leaders Pudsey Congs to slip up.
And it is Baildon's turn this week to try to throw a spanner in the works for the treble chasers.
With skipper James Goldthorp triumphantly returning from suspension last week to lead his side to a double-victory weekend, they will be desperate to cause an upset at the Britannia Ground.
Congs picked up maximum points again last week at strugglers Cleckheaton, but Baildon will be looking to make more of a game of it.
With the season reaching its half-way point by the end of this Saturday's fixtures, a handful of sides will be praying for a Baildon win as time already seems to be running out for the chasers.
All they can do is try to match the consistency of the pace setters, and Pudsey St Lawrence will be looking to do that when they visit Hanging Heaton.
Trips to Bennett Lane are always tricky affairs and St Lawrence will have to be wary of the backlash following Heaton's surprise defeat at the hands of relegation strugglers Woodlands last week.
And Farsley will be looking to make the most of their surprise appearance near the top of the table as they take on basement side Cleckheaton.
The Red Laners are sitting pretty in third place and would be disappointed not to pick up all six points against a side humbled out of the cup, hitting just 37 against East Bierley last Sunday.
Four of the bottom five teams play against each other in what could prove to be an important weekend in the relegation struggle.
Lightcliffe will be looking to move out of the relegation places and consign Spen Victoria to a danger spot when they pay a visit to Spen Lane.
And Yeadon will be looking to break anchor and haul themselves away from the bottom when they entertain last week's plucky winners Woodlands.
In Division Two's games of the day, Keighley take on Mirfield, in a third versus fourth clash, while second plays fifth as Gomersal welcome Bradford & Bingley.
