Victor Meldrew will not be seen at the latest stage production by the H-Club - but Will Werewolf will.
One Foot in the Graveyard is the title of a light-hearted show due to be performed next Thursday to Saturday.
The H-Club, the junior section of Keighley youth theatre HYT, introduces audiences to characters like Duncan Dracula, Mortimer Mummy and Bobby the Blob. Will is restless and unhappy, complaining that he does not want to be werewolf any longer.
He runs away from the Monster Realm of Teethley, into the human world, and his friends must go after him.
"Who can tell the difference between the real monsters and costumed humans?" asks an H-Club spokesman.
Other characters include Valerie Vampiress, Frank 'n' Stein, the Headless Mistress, mad professor and Belinda McBride (of Frankenstein).
One Foot in the Graveyard is written by Oly Scott, and produced by Sarah Scott and Charlotte Crossley.
The show begins at 7.30pm each night in the Central Methodist Church Hall, off Church Green. Tickets cost £2.50 from Charlotte on 01535 654093.
