GRANT LINDSAY led Steeton to third place in the Aire-Wharfe League with a stunning bowling performance.
The Australian captured eight wickets for 30 runs as Menston were shot out for just 47. Earlier Lindsay had scored 39 as the Summerhill Lane side reached a total of 248-8.
Gary Boulton led the batting attack with 65, backed up by S Hudson 33, Alex Haworth 38 and Oliver Gledhill 31.
The 201-run victory puts them just four points behind leaders Adel, and two points adrift of second placed Follifoot.
Silsden had to be content with two points from their losing draw with league leaders Hall Park after they were left clinging on with eight wickets down.
Lee Bilbrough provided the sheet anchor of the innings, carrying his bat for 41 as wickets fell around him. Earlier Hall Park has scored 159-7, but Silsden found runs hard to come by in reply.
Harden slipped to a 63-run defeat at the hands of Thackley in Division C. The home side scored 179 but Harden were dismissed for 116 in reply A Bairstow top scoring on 46 while P Emmerson captured 7-49.
A century from Stuart Tilloston (11) was not enough to prevent Silsden 2nds slipping to defeat at the hands of Collingham. Tillotson was supported by Ian Sagar (35) as they set a total of 237-7.
Collingham timed their reply to perfection, winning by five wickets with overs to spare with James (64) and Johnson (70) forming a solid opening partnership while Crooks (2-66) and Suttleworth (2-64) were the most successful Silsden bowlers.
