Division Two batsmen took advantage of glorious conditions to set about upping their averages on Saturday.
The run-crazy afternoon featured a number of matches where sun-drenched spectators were treated to more than 500 runs, with the best
run-fest being the Esholt, Bradford & Bingley clash.
Mark Gilliver moved to the top of the league's scoring charts, and past the 700-mark for the season, with an unbeaten 135, while John Barton pitched in with a useful 65 as Esholt hit a big 261 for seven.
But brave Bees skipper Pat Fordham was always going to ask his team to chase the target and they did that in style.
Carl Sharp weighed in with an unbeaten 117 as the total was reached with 12 overs and eight wickets to spare.
Bradford & Bingley are now just two points outside the promotion places as they bid to return to the top flight at the first time of asking.
No high-scoring game would be complete in Division Two without the involvement of Saltaire.
Tarek Alam hit another big score (72) as Saltaire managed 257 for seven at Drighlington.
But Basil King's 79 and Khalil Rehman's 52 helped the home side to a three-wicket win with victory achieved on the last ball of the innings.
And Wajid Hussain hit an unbeaten 111 in the battle at the bottom.
His big century helped wooden-spooners Bowling Old Lane to 273 for seven against Windhill, who now sit just two points above them at the bottom of the pile.
Old Lane were too much for Windhill's young side who were dismissed for 145.
Another century was hit as Keighley picked up a winning draw in their continued assault for promotion.
Lee Gordon's 116, combined with yet another Richard Robinson half-century, helped the visitors to a season-high 288 for five at Great Horton.
Despite half-centuries from John Tetley and Faisal Naved, the home side finished 96 runs behind but with four wickets left to grab the point.
The day's other century came at Hartshead Moor.
Morley's Adam Larkin banged up 115 in a 192 third-wicket stand with Colin Nuthall (87) as the visitors posted 267 for four.
The home side played out the draw with a paltry 124 for six in their 50 overs after the loss of early wickets.
But Idle stay top of the division after defeating promotion-hopefuls Bankfoot.
The leaders were dismissed for 183 but tight bowling led to a 25-run victory as Bankfoot were all out for 158.
And Mirfield leap-frogged Gomersal thanks to Neil Parkinson's devastating bowling.
Defending 197, Parkinson took six for 38, including the vital wicket of Bradley Parker on 56, as Mirfield were dismissed 20 runs shy of the target.
Manningham Mills picked up a one-wicket win over Brighouse in a game featuring fifers from both Nadeem Hanif for Mills, and David Jay for Brighouse.
