Zenith Vehicle Contracts plc has won a contract worth £8 million.
The independent vehicle leasing firm, which is based in Calverley, has been awarded the contract by DuPont.
DuPont (UK) Limited, which is part of the global chemical company EI du Pont de Nemours and Company, currently runs 400 fleet cars at its 11 UK sites.
DuPont, which manufactures products including performance coatings, pigments, chemicals, speciality fibres and polymers, will now have its vehicle acquisition, administration and maintenance performed by Zenith.
Philip Jerome, Zenith's sales and marketing director, said: "This agreement with such a well-respected company is a tribute to Zenith's innovative approach to fleet management and our ability to work alongside other professionals to deliver a top quality service."
Robert MacMahon, a senior manager with Pricewater-houseCoopers which helped sign the deal, added: "We have worked with Zenith on several other contracts and are delighted to be working with them again. I am confident that their flexible approach and team working will be of great benefit to DuPont."
Peter Horry, of DuPont UK, said: "We carried out a very thorough tender process and Zenith's professional and enthusiastic approach won them the contract."
The company, which was formed in 1989, has clients including WS Atkins plc, Andersen, Pedigree Pet Foods, Persimmon Homes, CB Hillier Parker and Societe Generale.
