A young mother was punched in the face and robbed in the Lawkholme area of Keighley last Friday morning.
The 21-year-old local woman was pushing her three-year-old son in a pram along a snicket just off Parson Street when she was attacked at around 10am.
The attacker approached her from behind and attempted to steal her bag.
When the woman resisted, the man punched her in the face and threatened to harm the child.
She released the bag, which contained a small amount of cash and two asthma inhalers.
The attacker then made off in the direction of Parson Street.
The suspect is described as an Asian male, aged 18 - 19, between 6ft and 6ft 4in tall, with a skinny build and a deep voice.
He was wearing dark blue tracksuit bottoms, a dark top that was zipped up to his chin and a dark baseball cap with three white stripes on the peak.
The stolen bag - a blue double-strap shoulder bag - has still not been recovered.
Anyone with information about the suspect - or who has found a bag matching the description - is asked to call Keighley police's robbery team on 01535 617025.
l A teenage girl was attacked as she walked with a friend in the Knowle Park area of Keighley.
The 17-year-old student had her bag snatched, and fell to the floor, during the incident in Victoria Road last Thursday night.
She was badly shaken and suffered a slight injury to her face.
Her attacker ran off towards Halifax Road, Keighley, with the black rucksack-style bag containing a mobile phone, about £40 in cash and two asthma inhalers.
The assailant is described as a white man, aged 18 or 19, 5ft 10, of slim build, with dark wavy hair in a curtain-style cut.
He was wearing a dark hooded top and dark blue jeans.
Anyone who witnessed the incident - which happened at about 10.30pm - or has any information about the attacker should urgently contact Keighley Police on 01535 617083.
