A public meeting is being held to discuss a solution to traffic problems in Fell Lane.
The meeting, on Thursday, in Holme Wood Resource Centre, at 6.30pm, has been arranged following residents' concerns about speeding motorists and the number of accidents on the road. Keighley West councillor Barry Thorne called for the meeting following an accident last week in Fell Lane that left a motorist and passenger badly injured.
People living along the road say that a number of parked cars have been hit by speeding motorists in recent years.
Cllr Thorne said: "The main point of the meeting is not to explain what has happened, but to come up with a set of action plans."
Cllr Thorne, who has also invited Keighley traffic police and highways officers from Bradford Council to attend, will be joined by community safety co-ordinator Chris Slaven.
