Undecided about getting back together to play more gigs? No way!
One of Keighley's most popular rock bands has re-formed after two years and is playing tomorrow.
The Undecided were together for five years, but after losing their 11th drummer decided to call it a day.
They always had the intention of getting back together -- as soon as a new stick warrior could be found.
The saviour is a young teenager called Daniel Green, who has joined the original line-up of Sam Carlisle, Tim Baldwin, Steven Houldsworth and Johann Shepherd.
This quartet is older and wiser following a two-year sabbatical in which they did not pick up their instruments.
In the intervening time some of them changed jobs, one lived in Cuba and one had a baby.
Greater maturity and experience will no doubt influence the songs they plan to write over the next few months.
But tomorrow, apart from seeing Daniel, fans will witness nothing new from The Undecided.
"As we've had such a short time back together, we're only playing original stuff," says Johann.
"Our next gig will have a mixture of old and new ones. From then on it will be only new songs -- we're going to try to write a new album.
Johann says The Undecided style remains the same, with punky songs reminiscent of The Clash, and slower songs recalling Sixties groups like Small Faces.
The Undecided will be supported by two bands when they plays the Parkside Social Club, Butt Lane, Haworth, tomorrow.
Circus? is the popular local punky-rock trio, and Wet Paint is the side project of Undecided guitarist Sam.
Doors open at 7:30pm, Wet Paint begins at about 8pm and The Undecided start playing at about 9:45pm Admission is £2 (club members free).
On sale at the gig will be the two albums of music by local bands compiled by Johann to raise money for Manorlands hospice.
The new album costs £6 and the two albums together cost £10. There will also be a raffle for Manorlands.
