Ilkley GS School Sports Co-ordinator Peter Blackwell's winning ways with junior sports teams have been held up as an excellent example by a top businessman.

So impressed with Peter's talent for getting the best out of youngsters his Ilkley neighbour Roger Fielding, Regional Director of international business consultancy Mercuri Urval invited him to address his workers.

"We are an international business consultancy with over 90 offices in 21 countries. We work with clients in leadership development, customer alignment, executive recruitment and management development and after reading of Peter's good work and speaking to him I was impressed by his enthusiasm and very funny stories.
