Two well known surveyors have joined forces and opened a new commercial practice in the town.
Ian Hayfield and Justin Robinson, both chartered surveyors, have brought together more than 25 years of experience to create Keighley's only dedicated firm of commercial property consultants.
Hayfield Robinson opened for business this week, operating from Arcade Chambers, in North Street.
Previously the pair were key figures in a well known local surveying practice, Ian as director and Justin as senior commercial surveyor. Ian said: "For a number of years we have enjoyed looking after clients' commercial property interests in Keighley, and have successfully built individual reputations, having carried out a large proportion of the commercial work in the town."
Justin added: "Opening Hayfield Robinson provides us with a new challenge. We have spent many years developing our skills, and now look ahead to offering Keighley and the Aire Valley a comprehensive and refined service, focussing on clients' needs and providing the best solutions for them.
"We are very enthusiastic about the future, and totally committed to Keighley and the Aire Valley."
Ian and Justin are joined by Lynne Lewis, who brings experience from other major surveying firms, including Knight Frank, in central London.
A resident of Silsden, Lynne has left a surveying practice in Bradford to join the team. She said: "I am looking forward to the opportunity of working within a vibrant new practice from its beginning and being fully involved in helping it to grow into a huge success."
